Latched/Locked Door of Unit No.1151 – Coffee and Curry Puffs
In examination in chief, he explained that when he allegedly went into Unit Number 1151 (“the Unit”) at Desa Damansara Condominium (the alleged scene of crime) on 26th June 2008, he had locked and or latched the door to the Unit, from the inside, after he had allegedly entered into the Unit. His testimony is reproduced below:
S: Bukan sampai,selepas kejadian apa yang dikatakan tadi?
J: Saya sampai, masuk, saya lock pintu. Jadi semasa saya dalam rumah …..
S: Lock from inside?
J: lock from inside
S: Main door bukan?
J: Ya the main door
S: That was the beginning isn’t it?
J: Ya the beginning
S: It was latched from inside?
J: Ya
S: Latched from inside isn’t it?
J: Kunci ya ”
– It is submitted that this is a blatant lie and cannot be true because later, on further examination (in chief), PW1 testified that after the alleged sodomy, DSAI and he proceeded to the dining hall and drank “3 in 1 coffee” and ate curry puffs, which was apparently placed on the dining table. The million dollar question that is not answered by PW1 is: how did the “3 in 1 coffee” and the curry puffs find its way into the unit (mysteriously) when the main door to the Unit, in PW1’s own words above, was latched and or locked from the inside? If the door was latched from the inside, there is no way anyone could have had access into the Unit, to deliver the “3 in 1 coffee” and the curry puffs, unless PW1 engaged the services of the infamous -David Copperfield.

How is it my Muslim brethrens allow all of this melodrama with Saiful’s swearing an oath, big time ‘wayang’ staged at a mosque ? Time and time again, no one has come forth to protect the sanctity of the mosque as a sacred place of worship – events this morning – has UMNO and Perkida congregating at Masjid Negara ! Itching for a fight no less but restrained and guarded by PDRM’s best while core members of PKR were face to face and confronted with three minor explosions across town at the parking lot of the court complex !
Mind you, if I were an observer, I would sound out to these sinister characters with ties to UMNO, and warn them against invading the sacred space of any mosque/surau. Again, how is it that the national mosque becomes a staging point for these UMNO related scums to rule and roost as they please ? Isn’t all this considered sacrilege ?
About time to instigate change, now that we have Sultan Kedah as the Yg Dipertuan Agung – show some respect and exercise proper decorum now that M’sians have a King that deserves the utmost respect and consideration that befits HRH’s position as King.
High time the louts of UMNO put away their ‘kurang ajar’ ways, and while playing with fire as in this mornings subplot at the Jln Duta Court Complex – for Gawd’s sake – someone could have been killed, bloody idiots in UMNO.
And to whomever behind this morning’s caper, the end is near. The series of explosions might just have woken the conscience of the greater public to take notice. All those responsible had better be worried because someone is bound to talk and mind you, the ghost of 1969 are baying for revenge.
